Jacquelin "Jackie" Garner, President/Owner

A crane operator by trade, Jackie Garner is President of Garner Construction, Inc., and has been actively involved in the construction industry since the late 1970s. For seventeen years, she worked on major construction projects throughout Western Washington as a member of Operating Engineers Local 302. She went on to establish Garner Construction, Inc. in 1991. Today Jackie focuses on ensuring Garner Construction maintains its reputation for excellence.

Scott "Barney" Hansen, Vice President

A rigger by trade, Barney Hansen, Vice President of Garner Construction, Inc. has grown with the company. He started with Garner Construction in 1992 working as a Rigger and helped build the company's reputation for providing excellent Operator/Rigger teams to the industry. Today Barney is committed to providing our clients with a dedicated sales and consultation contact.

Dree Snider, Field Logistics Manager

A crane operator by trade, Dree Snider, supervises Field Operations. She coordinates staffing on all Garner projects and oversees the implementation of Garner’s Safety Plan. As an experienced operator she can provide practical advice for Garner’s staff and partners encountering unusual challenges.

Ross Fleming, HookCam™ Specialist

Ross has been involved with Garner since its inception putting up holiday lighting on the cranes as a young adult. After a period of time working in the high-tech sector and other areas of the building trades Ross rejoined Garner to service the HookCam™ product line.

Helen Quach, Contract Manager

Helen joined the Garner Construction company in 2008 and comes with nearly twenty years of experience in the construction and contracting industry.

Elizabeth Quarrie, Office Manager

Elizabeth is the first voice you hear when you call the Garner office and your first opportunity to experience Garner service. She does everything but operate cranes to keep Garner running.
