As part of the Full Service package, Garner Construction will provide the following:

1.) Your specific heavy equipment and operator needs:

Tower Cranes, Bellman, Conventional Cranes, Hydraulic Rough Terrain Cranes(20 to 200 Ton), Man & Material Hoists, Forklifts and Operators

Equipment will be delivered to your jobsite and erected in the area specified by the Owner/Contractor. At the completion of the job the crane will be dismantled and delivered back to the vendor. Garner Construction prefers Northwest Tower Crane Service for the Erection/Dismantle of all tower cranes and material hoists. They have extensive background and expertise in the field. Garner will coordinate with Northwest Tower Crane Service directly.

2.) Garner will provide a qualified union operator, relieving the General Contractor of the responsibility. The operator will have all necessary certifications required by the appropriate governing agencies. The operator will perform all work in accordance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Garner requires a current Crane Safety Certificate and can provide a resume on each operator. Garner has a drug policy & testing program. Garner guarantees the Owner/Contractor that the operator will meet your specific job needs and expectations.

3.) Our operators will provide all preventative maintenance and record keeping required by the crane vendor on an approved maintenance schedule and will provide the General Contractor weekly maintenance records. This includes Garner providing all materials such as oil, grease, wire rope lubrication, climbing harness, grease gun and all other tools required. Our operators will schedule any repair work that may be needed.

4.) Garner will provide you with a qualified Bellman to schedule crane usage between subcontractors and material suppliers on site. He/She will ensure that loads are rigged and delivered safely. He/She will monitor the condition of all rigging and order new rigging when necessary. The Bellman will work in tandem with the Tower Crane Operator to minimize any non productive crane time. We highly recommend Garner’s Operator/Bellman combination for all contractors.

5.) Garner Construction will include one rigging clinic to train the trade contractors the basic requirements and safety precautions to properly rig loads. The clinic shall be held at the jobsite with a qualified instructor as scheduled by the Project Supervisor.

6.) Garner Construction will provide General Liability Insurance and Equipment Insurance covering our scope of work. By emplying Garner Construction the Owner/Contractor is relieved of the responsibility.
