Jake is one of Garner Construction’s longest standing employees. He began to work for Jackie Garner in 1992, joined the union in 1993 to start operating elevators, then moved into rigging and eventually crane operating. Nearly 30 years later, Jake has had a long and successful career with Garner Construction, and plans to retire from operating cranes in 2019. His favorite job site was U50 next to the Seattle steam plant and viaduct because of its amazing view. Jake is grateful for this company’s support over the years and considers moving back to Seattle to work for Garner Construction one of the best decisions he has ever made. We are grateful for you, Jake, and thank you for your hard work and dedication over the years!
